Fulcrum Digital has announced its plans to hire over 750 digital technology specialists this year.
The new hiring will be lateral positions varying from program managers, technical architects, data engineers to full-stack developers.
The hiring plans are backed by the continuing growth of large-scale digital transformation programs with global marquee customers, and rapid expansion of new customers and geography.
The company has set a vision to achieve an equal revenue mix of products and services by 2022 in its core industry verticals - Financial services, Insurance, Food services, Higher education, Consumer products and services, and digital commerce. The hiring expansion plans are aligned with this vision.
The focus on continuously expanding digital talent and technology capabilities in India comes as part of the company's broader goal to build a strong foundation for its Global Delivery Centres in India, the US, the UK, Argentina, Brazil, and Portugal. Almost, 65% of the hiring for 2021 will be in India. With over 750 employees, India is the single-largest talent hub for the New Jersey based company. This year’s hiring focuses on specialists and high-end positions such as:
• Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, Program managers – Financial Services, Insurance, Digital commerce, Education, Product Engineering, and the Digital Space, Data Engineering and Interactive Design
• Technical Architects – Payments, BigCommerce, Magento, Product Architects, CRM Solutions, Service Design, API Integration, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Microsoft Platform, SecOps, and DevOps
